I never know what to say on these things. I am a laid back, easy going single mom of two awesome kids. I love hockey, music, and movies and am pretty passionate about the things that matter to me. I am easy to get along with and love to laugh, but i have always been a good shoulder to cry on, too.
Music:
My tastes are pretty random. I love everything from rock to country to rap/r&b. I love hair bands and other 80's music. My fave bands include Cold, Bon Jovi, Hinder, and Nickelback. We are a rocker family, and LOVE live music. Wether it's a national act or a local band in a smoky dive, i'm there!
Movies:
I'm just as diverse here. I love pretty much everything. My favorites are The Notebook, Dazed and Confused, and Just Friends.
TV:
Reality show addict, as well as crime shows. Between two jobs and hockey season, thank God for TiVo!!
Books:
Nora Roberts and Mary Higgins Clark are my faves. I also love VC Andrews. She's a little dirty, but i love the drama!

Hobbies:
Hockey games. (Do you see a pattern?) I also spend alot of time researching the West Memphis Three case. It's too much to explain about here, but i will blog about it soon. Until then, if you're curious, visit www.wm3.org. Being different is not a crime, and no one should spen 13 years in prison (and on death row) for something they did not do. I will warn you, the whole thing kinda sucks you in and makes you want to repeatedly bang your head against the wall. But in times like these, ignorance is the enemy. Be informed, be mad, be active.
I also love taking inpromptu road trips. Wether it's to see my favorite band or to see the Blazers, i'll just pack up the car and go.
Heroes:
Kathy Bakken, Burk Sauls, and Grove Pashley. The fight for truth and justice every day. Without them, Damien, Jason, and Jessie would still be alone in this.
